You can explore properties without creating an account. Public customer accounts and online reservations are not offered.

The website uses hosting and media services to deliver pages and images. Technical request information may be processed by those services. Embedded location maps are provided by OpenStreetMap; opening a map or following an external link connects you to that provider.

When you submit an enquiry or viewing request, we store your name, phone number, selected property type and, for viewings, preferred date and time so authorised Grace staff can respond. We also send these details to Grace's private staff group through Telegram. You do not need an account. The information is processed through our website hosting, database and Telegram services and is not sent to analytics. Grace must contact you to confirm any viewing appointment.
